The Queen Charlotte Yacht Club is available for functions (when not being used for Club events) such as wedding receptions, birthday parties, corporate functions and other similar events. With unparalleled views right on the waterfront, overlooking Picton Harbour, the Queen Charlotte Yacht Club is the perfect location to celebrate your special event. Charges for using the Clubrooms are:

| Daytime Hire | $250 |
| Night Hire | $400 |
| Funeral Wake | $150 (approx 3 hours duration with price including a clean of facilities by QCYC cleaner) |
Hirers are responsible for cleaning the Clubrooms after use.
All prices are GST inclusive and include use of kitchen (not deep fryer).
